Instructions
1: Add all the burger sauce ingredients to a bowl, mix, and refrigerate until ready to use. 2: In a small pan over medium-low heat, add olive oil and onions for the fries. Season with salt and mix frequently until onions become dark brown. 3: In a deep pan, add frying oil and fry your fries at 350°F until desired crispiness. 4: While hot, add a slice of cheese to your fries and let it melt. Top with sauce and caramelized onions. 5: Take the beef and create 6 even sized balls. Place in a pan over high heat and smash down with a spatula until thin, seasoning with salt and pepper. 6: Cook the patties on both sides until crispy, then add cheese and remove from heat. 7: To assemble, add sauce to the bottom of the bun, then layer with lettuce, tomatoes, and one hamburger patty. 8: Add onions and your second patty, top with more sauce, serve with animal style fries, and enjoy!View original recipe
