Instructions
1. In a stand mixer bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast. 2. Add egg and milk to the dry ingredients. Mix with a dough hook until a shaggy dough forms. 3. Gradually add softened butter to the dough while mixing. 4. Add minced garlic, chopped thyme, and grated cheese to the dough. Continue to knead until the dough is smooth and elastic. 5. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size. 6. Once risen, place the dough on a flat surface, divide it into 12 equal pieces, and shape each piece into a roll. 7. Arrange the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let them rise for a second time. 8. Bake the rolls until they are golden brown on top. 9. While the rolls are baking, prepare the herb butter. In a small bowl, combine softened butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, and chopped thyme. Mix well. 10. Remove the rolls from the oven and immediately brush them generously with the herb butter. 11. Serve warm and enjoy.
