What you need

head romaine lettuce
fl oz ranch dressing

tsp smoked paprika

splash water

slice bacon

tsp garlic powder

Instructions
1: Flatten the chicken down until it's the same thickness all around. Season with salt and pepper. 2: In three different shallow pans, prepare the batter ingredients and breadcrumbs. 3: Dip the chicken in the flour batter, then in the egg batter, and finally in the breadcrumbs. 4: Cook bacon according to package directions. 5: In a pan, add canola oil and fry chicken until the internal temperature reaches 165° and the outside is brown and crispy. 6: In a large bowl, add the lettuce and toss with dressing and Parmesan cheese. Add croutons. 7: Heat tortillas. 8: Lay the salad, sliced chicken, and chopped bacon down on the tortilla. 9: Roll up into a burrito and enjoy.View original recipe
