1: Preheat the oven to 425°. 2: Cut the bread into cubes and season with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. 3: Bake the seasoned bread for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. 4: Flatten the chicken breasts until they are of even thickness, then season with salt and pepper. 5: Prepare three shallow pans with the flour batter, egg batter, and breadcrumbs. 6: Dip the chicken in the flour batter, then in the egg batter, and finally in the breadcrumbs. 7: Heat canola oil in a pan and fry the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165° and is brown and crispy. 8: In a small pan, add butter and onions, and caramelize for about 10-15 minutes. 9: In a large bowl, toss the romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and add the croutons. 10: Cut the fried chicken and lay it across the salad, adding the caramelized onions on top before serving.View original recipe
