Instructions
1: Whisk hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and red pepper paste in a small bowl until fully incorporated. 2: In another bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, chili garlic sauce, fresh lime juice, and garlic. 3: Add warm water slowly until the desired consistency is reached for the peanut sauce. 4: Heat avocado oil in a large pan over medium high heat. 5: Add ground chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes, breaking it apart. 6: Add minced onion, diced red bell pepper, and diced mushrooms. Cook for 4-5 minutes until soft. 7: Add minced garlic, ginger, and drained water chestnuts.
