cup rice vinegar

tbsp soy sauce

cup red cabbage

cup green cabbage

tsp onion powder

bunch green onion

tbsp olive oil
tbsp honey

chicken breast
can mandarin orange

tsp red pepper flake

Instructions
1: Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl. 2: Cover chicken in the marinade and refrigerate for 1 hour. 3: Cook chicken in medium-high heat until internal temperature reaches 165°. 4: As you cook the chicken, add any remaining marinade to the chicken for extra flavor. 5: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes and cut it into cubes. 6: In a small bowl or jar, combine the dressing ingredients and mix well. 7: Chop the cabbage, lettuce, and green onions. 8: Add chopped vegetables to a large bowl along with cilantro, carrots, and mandarins. 9: Add chicken and mix with the dressing. 10: Top with sesame seeds and wonton strips and enjoy!View original recipe
