What you need

tsp worcestershire sauce

tsp lemon juice

Instructions
1: Add all burger ingredients to a bowl and mix until fully combined. 2: Roll the mixture into 3 oz balls and place in the freezer for 15 minutes to firm up. 3: In a pan or on a griddle over medium-high heat, smash the chicken balls until they are the size of your burger buns. 4: Let cook for 2 minutes. 5: Flip, add cheese, and let cook for another 2 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. 6: Combine all burger sauce ingredients in a small bowl. 7: Serve on brioche buns with toppings.View original recipe
