tsp cumin

tsp chili powder
tbsp red wine vinegar

pinch sugar

red bell pepper
tsp salt
tsp dried oregano
tbsp adobo sauce

splash water
green bell pepper

red onion

lb flank steak

bunch cilantro

cup oil

tsp olive oil
tbsp honey

tsp ground black pepper

clove garlic clove

oz monterey jack

can chipotle in adobo

oz white cheddar

tortilla

tsp black pepper

Instructions
1: Blend Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette ingredients in a food processor or blender until fully incorporated. 2: In a pan over medium high heat, add oil, bell peppers, and onions. Sauté for 5-6 minutes and then set aside. 3: Mix the steak marinade ingredients in a bowl and spread on both sides of the steak. Sous vide or grill until desired doneness (145°F to 150°F). 4: Shred Monterey Jack and white cheddar cheeses. In the same pan, place a tortilla, add a layer of cheese, fajitas, steak, cilantro, and another layer of cheese. Fold and cook until crispy on each side. 5: Serve the quesadilla with sour cream mixed with vinaigrette.View original recipe
