What you need
tbsp lime juice

fl oz lemon juice

cup plain greek yogurt

chicken breast
bunch kale
tsp salt

slice bacon

slice sourdough bread

red onion

tomato

pepper

clove garlic clove

slice cheddar cheese
cup mayo

fl oz olive oil
tsp honey

bunch cherry tomato

Instructions
1: In a blender, combine mayo, Greek yogurt, lime juice, adobo chipotle peppers, honey, salt, and garlic. Blend until smooth and set aside. 2: Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook until internal temperature reaches 165°. 3: Shred the chicken with a fork and mix in enough chipotle sauce to coat the shredded chicken. 4: Spread the chipotle sauce on the inside of 2 slices of bread. 5: Add red onions, tomatoes, chicken, cheddar cheese, and bacon. 6: Spread mayo on the outside of one slice of bread. 7: Cook the sandwich in a pan or on a griddle, putting the side with mayo down first. 8: Cook on both sides until golden brown and enjoy!View original recipe
