lb chicken breast

tbsp soy sauce
tbsp cornstarch

cup oyster sauce

oz chow mein noodles

carrot

cup bean sprouts

cup cabbage
Instructions
1: In a bowl mix all the sauce ingredients together and set aside. 2: Cook the chow mein noodles according to the directions on the package; drain and rinse with cold water. 3: Cut chicken breast into small strips and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. 4: In a large pan over medium-high heat, cook the chicken in vegetable oil until golden brown, then remove and set aside. 5: Cut the cabbage, carrots, bok choy, mushrooms, and green onions. 6: In the same pan, sauté the vegetables with minced garlic over medium-high heat. 7: Add the chicken and noodles to the pan; pour in the sauce, mix, and cook for 2 minutes. 8: Add salt and pepper to taste if needed. 9: Garnish with green onion and bean sprouts and serve.View original recipe
