What you need

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp sesame oil

cup cooked white rice

tbsp ginger

tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions
1: Over medium high heat, add 2 tbsp of sesame oil to a wok or deep frying pan. 2: Add green onion, ginger, garlic, and red chili pepper. Mix. 3: Add crab and mix. 4: Move the ingredients to one side of the pan and add the eggs. Scramble the eggs and then mix with the other ingredients. 5: Add the cooked rice, mix, and heat through for about 2 minutes. 6: Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and remaining sesame oil.
