Delicious crab stuffed shrimp using extra large shrimp, crab meat, and a selection of seasonings. Baked until golden and served with a white wine sauce.

What you need

tbsp dijon mustard

fl oz avocado oil

cup red bell pepper
lb extra large shrimp

tbsp parsley

tsp lemon juice

tsp creole seasoning

tsp heavy cream

tsp salt

tbsp old bay seasoning

cup butter

oz crab meat

cup white wine

cup mayo

clove garlic clove

tsp shallot

cup onion

cup cracker
Instructions
1: Clean and slice shrimp then set aside. 2: Season shrimp with avocado oil, Old Bay seasoning, and creole seasoning. 3: In a small pan, sauté onions, peppers, and garlic for about 5 minutes until softened. 4: In a medium bowl, combine all crab ingredients except for crab meat. 5: Mix in sautéed vegetables then add crab and mix until well combined. 6: Line a baking sheet with foil, stuff shrimp, and place on the baking sheet. 7: Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes. 8: For sauce, add white wine, shallots, heavy cream, and lemon juice to a pan. 9: Simmer until reduced to 25%, then mix in butter a few cubes at a time. 10: Add seasonings to the sauce and mix.View original recipe
