tsp oregano

tbsp butter

cup basil

tsp smoked paprika

tsp garlic powder

Instructions
1: Cook pasta until al dente. 2: Cut chicken into cubes, season, and cover in 1 Tbsp olive oil. 3: In a large pot over medium heat, add 1 Tbsp of oil and cook chicken for about 6-8 minutes until fully cooked. 4: Remove chicken and add the butter. Once melted, add the sun dried tomatoes and shallot. Cook for about 3 minutes until fragrant. 5: Add garlic, mix, and cook for about 1 minute. 6: Add tomato paste and stir, cook for about 2 minutes. 7: Mix in the oregano and smoked paprika. 8: Turn heat to low and stir in chicken stock. Bring to a low simmer, then add heavy cream. 9: Add Parmesan cheese and mix until melted. Add spinach and basil, cook until wilted. 10: Add tomatoes and pasta to the pot, mix. 11: Season with salt and pepper to taste, then add chicken back to the pot and mix until combined. 12: Top with Parmesan cheese and basil and enjoy!View original recipe
