Instructions
1: Pat wings dry, add to a bowl, and season with baking powder, flour, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, ground pepper, and paprika. 2: Line a baking sheet with foil and place a rack on top. 3: Place the wings on the rack and bake at 425°F for 20 minutes. 4: Flip wings and bake for an additional 25 minutes. 5: For extra crispy wings, bake and flip for an additional 8 minutes on each side. 6: In a bowl, add soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, cornstarch, minced ginger, minced garlic, red chili flakes, and water; mix until smooth. 7: Pour the sauce mixture into a pan and bring to a boil, then turn heat to low and mix until sauce thickens. 8: Toss cooked chicken wings with the sauce. 9: Broil wings for about 1 minute for extra crispy skin. 10: Top with scallions and enjoy!View original recipe
