Instructions
1: Mix avocados in a bowl with salt and pepper to taste. 2: Heat air fryer to 350° F. Spray tray with olive oil and add potato patties. 3: Cook for 4 minutes, then flip potatoes and cook for another 4 minutes. 4: Add olive oil to a pan over medium high heat. 5: Add eggs, season with salt and pepper, and cook sunny side up. 6: Spread avocado over potato patties and sprinkle with everything but the bagel seasoning. 7: Add eggs on top, garnish with micro greens, and enjoy!View original recipe
