tsp yeast

cup sugar

tbsp cinnamon

tsp vanilla

oz cream cheese

cup brown sugar

tbsp heavy cream

Instructions
1: Dissolve the yeast in warm milk with 2 tablespoons of sugar and wait 10 minutes until foamy. 2: In a mixer, mix yeast with remaining sugar, then add eggs, melted butter, salt, vanilla, and cocoa powder. 3: Gradually add flour and red food coloring, knead into a large soft and sticky ball. 4: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour until doubled in size. 5: Mix the filling ingredients until smooth. 6: Preheat the oven to 350°F. 7: Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle (16 inches long and 12 inches wide) on an oiled surface. 8: Spread the filling evenly across the dough and tightly roll into a long tube. 9: Slice the dough into 15 even rolls, about 1 ¾ inches wide. 10: Place the slices in a greased 17x12 inch pan and let them rise for 10-15 minutes. 11: Bake in the oven for 18-25 minutes. 12: For frosting, cream together butter and cream cheese until smooth, add vanilla, salt, and powdered sugar, and mix until creamy. 13: Warm the frosting for about 10 seconds to make it easier to spread, then pour or spread it over the rolls and enjoy.View original recipe
