Instructions
1: Add tomatoes to a baking dish and cover with olive oil. Season with red chili flakes, salt, and pepper. 2: Add garlic and shallot. Mix with your hands or a spoon so tomatoes are nicely coated. 3: Make space in the center of the dish and place down the block of feta.
