What you need

cup mayonnaise

tbsp paprika

tsp black pepper

tbsp dill

tsp lemon juice

cup frying oil

tsp creole seasoning

cup beer

clove garlic clove

tbsp garlic powder

tsp hot sauce

tbsp fresh chives

lb whitefish

tsp salt

tsp table salt
Instructions
1: In a small bowl combine all sauce ingredients and mix. 2: Add oil to a large rimmed pot until it’s 2 inches high. Heat oil to 375°F. 3: Cut fish into 4 even pieces and pat dry with a paper towel. 4: Lightly season fish with salt and pepper. 5: Whisk together salt, pepper, creole seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and all purpose flour. 6: In a separate small bowl, lightly beat the egg. 7: Stir in the egg to the flour mixture. 8: Slowly whisk in the beer until the batter is smooth, without any lumps. 9: Dip the fish one piece at a time into the batter and place in the heated frying oil. 10: Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown. 11: Drain fish on a baking rack. 12: Lightly toast the insides of the bread/buns. 13: Assemble sandwich by spreading a layer of sauce, lettuce, tomato, fish, pickles, and red onion. 14: Add avocado to the top bun and enjoy!View original recipe
