What you need

tsp garlic powder

tsp cumin

tsp chili powder

tsp paprika

lb tilapia

oz cotija cheese
tsp salt
tsp granulated sugar

cup red onion

tsp pepper

cup red cabbage

cup fresh cilantro

cup green cabbage
cup mayo

tsp onion powder

fl oz olive oil

tsp fine sea salt

Instructions
1: For the slaw, add red onion, red cabbage, green cabbage, shredded carrots, mayo, lime juice, granulated sugar, salt, and pepper to a bowl and mix until fully incorporated. Cover and chill in the fridge until ready to use. 2: For the fish, drizzle olive oil over tilapia and add cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Cover all sides with the seasonings. 3: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned fish and cook for about 4 minutes on each side. Remove and cut into pieces. 4: For the cilantro crema, add juice of 2 limes, minced garlic cloves, fresh cilantro, chopped jalapeño, mayo, and sour cream to a food processor or blender. Blend until fully incorporated and chill in the fridge until ready to use. 5: Assemble the tacos by placing fish onto corn tortillas, adding slaw and cilantro crema on top, and serve.View original recipe
