Instructions
1: Add all seasonings to a small bowl and mix. 2: Pour over cod and marinate for 30 minutes. 3: For the pan sear option: In a pan over medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil and sear cod in batches for 4 minutes on each side. 4: For the oven option: Preheat oven to 400°F and bake cod for 10 minutes. 5: Prepare the mango salsa by adding all ingredients to a bowl and mixing until combined. 6: For the sauce: Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.View original recipe
