Instructions
1: Slice the onion and peppers into long strips. 2: Slice the ciabatta loaf in half and drizzle the insides with olive oil. 3: In a skillet, toast the insides of the bread over medium-high heat until the bread reaches the desired crispiness. 4: Season the steak and cover it with avocado oil. 5: Cook the steak in the skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches the desired doneness. 6: After flipping the steak, coat the cooked sides with Worcestershire and Tabasco mixture. 7: Remove the steak and in the same skillet cook the peppers and onions. 8: Make the sauce for the bread by combining all sauce ingredients in a small bowl. 9: Create the sandwich by coating the bottom layer of bread with sauce. 10: Lay down lettuce, arugula, cut strips of steak, peppers, and onion. 11: Top with crumbled blue cheese and drizzle with more sauce. 12: Enjoy with your favorite vegetables as a side.View original recipe
