tbsp brown sugar

fl oz maple syrup

tbsp butter

tsp vanilla

Instructions
1: In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt 3 tablespoons of butter. 2: Stir in 3 tablespoons granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon cinnamon and set aside. 3: In a shallow bowl or baking dish, whisk together eggs and milk. Set aside. 4: Cut the crusts from each slice of bread and roll each slice out to 1/8 inch thickness. 5: Spread the butter mixture on the bread and roll up tightly. 6: In a large pan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter on medium heat. 7: Dip one roll at a time in the egg mixture, then place it in the pan. 8: Sauté the rolled bread until golden brown and crispy (1-2 minutes). 9: Remove and sprinkle each roll up with cinnamon and sugar. 10: Cut in half, plate, and pour maple syrup over the top or serve in a small bowl for dipping. 11: Top with your choice of berries and enjoy.View original recipe
