Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400°F. 2: Pat wings dry with a paper towel and season with all ingredients. Mix until well combined. 3: For dry batter, add flour, corn starch, salt, garlic powder, and paprika to a bowl and whisk until well combined. 4: Add the chicken to the dry batter and toss, making sure it’s well coated. Gently shake off excess flour and place on a baking sheet. Let sit for about 5-10 minutes. 5: For BBQ sauce, mix together BBQ sauce, honey, and melted butter in a bowl until smooth. 6: Heat canola oil to 350°F to 360°F. 7: Deep fry the wings in batches for about 8-10 minutes, until golden brown. 8: Remove wings and set on a wire rack to drain. 9: Once all wings are done, brush BBQ sauce on all sides. 10: Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 8-10 minutes until the sauce is baked on. 11: Serve with your desired sauce and enjoy!View original recipe
