cup panko breadcrumbs
cup ap flour

sweet onion

oz tomato
ciabatta bread
tsp salt

splash water

tbsp basil

tbsp smoked paprika

oz mozzarella cheese

tsp black pepper

tsp garlic powder

tsp pepper

Instructions
1: In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil. Once heated, add garlic and cook for 2 minutes. 2: Add crushed tomato and all other seasonings, then let simmer for 10-15 minutes until ready. 3: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then fry in oil at 350° for about 4-5 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°. 4: Remove chicken and place in a baking pan. Spread tomato sauce, followed by Swiss, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese, then broil for 4-5 minutes. 5: For onion strings, slice sweet onion and soak in buttermilk with seasoning for 15 minutes. 6: Drench soaked onions in flour and fry at 350° for about 4-5 minutes. 7: Assemble sandwiches by adding tomato sauce to the bottom layer, followed by arugula, fried chicken, and onion strips.
