What you need

cup parsley

lb spaghetti

oz old bay seasoning

shallot
tsp italian seasoning

tbsp unsalted butter

cup arugula
cup pasta water
lb shrimp

tbsp olive oil

tbsp lemon juice
tsp salt

pepper

tsp red pepper flake

clove garlic clove

cup fresh tomatoes

cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
1: In a large pot, cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to the package directions. 2: Drain but reserve 1/3 cup of pasta water. 3: In a large pan, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. 4: Add the red pepper flakes, garlic, and shallots and cook until fragrant. 5: Season shrimp with old bay seasoning and add to the same pan and cook until the shrimp starts to turn pink. 6: Add lemon zest, Italian seasoning, and remaining 4 tablespoons of butter. Stir until butter is melted. 7: Add tomatoes and cook for about a minute. 8: Add the pasta to the pan with the parmesan and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 9: Add lemon juice. 10: Remove from heat and add arugula and enjoy!View original recipe
