What you need

tbsp soy sauce

cup chicken broth

Instructions
1: In a pot over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil and the ground chicken. Season with chicken bullion and cook while breaking it into small pieces. 2: Remove the meat and add in 1 tablespoon of oil and the shiitake mushrooms, cooking until browned for about 3-5 minutes. 3: Add in garlic and shallots and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes. 4: Stir in Haven’s Kitchen gingery miso sauce, soy sauce, and chili oil. 5: Add chicken broth, bring to a boil, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. 6: Add ramen and cook for about 3-5 minutes. 7: Add the corn and cooked ground chicken back into the pot and mix. 8: Serve with soft boiled eggs, cilantro, green onion, sesame seeds, and additional chili oil.
