Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 425°F. 2: In a large bowl, add salmon and season with salt and pepper. 3: In a small bowl, combine marinade ingredients. 4: Add the marinade to the salmon, ensuring each piece is evenly coated. 5: Let marinate in the refrigerator for about an hour. 6: Line a large sheet pan with foil, add broccolini and red onion. 7: Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper; mix vegetables until evenly coated. 8: Add the salmon to the pan and save the remaining marinade for later. 9: Bake for 14 minutes. 10: Remove the sheet pan and top the salmon with more marinade. 11: Broil for about 4-5 minutes, until salmon is crispy. 12: Serve with rice and vegetables, topped with sesame seeds, green onions, and sauce.
