clove garlic clove

tbsp fresh ginger

Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade. 2. Add the hanger steak to the bowl and ensure it is well-coated with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate overnight for more flavor. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 4. Grill the hanger steak for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached. 5. Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain. 6. For the salad, chop the mixed greens, cucumber, carrot, and red cabbage. 7. In a separate bowl, mix lime juice with olive oil to create a dressing. 8. Toss the chopped salad with the dressing. 9. Serve the sliced hanger steak with the crunchy chopped salad on the side.
