Instructions
1: Add all ingredients for the Haitian spice in a food processor. Process until it reaches a smooth consistency. 2: In a pot, heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil with 2 teaspoons of Haitian spice. Cook for about a minute. 3: Add in cooked beans and salt. 4: Add chicken bouillon cube, 2 cups of water, and washed rice. 5: Let rice cook at medium-high heat, constantly mixing until most of the water evaporates. 6: Cover the rice and turn the temperature to low heat. 7: Cook for about 20 minutes and enjoy!View original recipe
