cup pasta water

red pepper

tbsp tomato paste

tbsp olive oil
scotch bonnet pepper

tbsp chicken bouillon

Instructions
1: Add water to a pot, season with salt and bring to a boil. 2: Add spaghetti and cook until Al dente. 3: In a large pot over medium high heat, add olive oil and sausage. 4: Cook for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway to ensure both sides are slightly crispy. 5: Add tomato paste, Haitian Epis, and chicken bouillon, and mix until the sausage is well coated. 6: Add peppers, onions, thyme, and scotch bonnet pepper and sauté for 4-5 minutes. 7: Add 1 cup of pasta water, bring to a simmer, and add cooked spaghetti. 8: Mix until all noodles are fully coated. 9: Add Roma tomatoes and parsley and mix (add additional 1/2 cup of pasta water if needed). 10: Let simmer for 4-5 minutes and enjoy!View original recipe
