head iceberg lettuce

tsp black pepper

lb ground beef

onion

fries

tsp white vinegar

tsp yellow mustard

tbsp sweet pickle relish

Instructions
1: Add mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper to a bowl, mix, and refrigerate until ready to use. 2: For Animal Style Fries, in a small pan over medium-low heat, add olive oil and chopped onions. Season with salt and mix frequently until onions become dark brown. 3: In a deep pan, add frying oil and fry the fries at 350°F until desired crispiness. 4: While the fries are hot, add a slice of American cheese to them. Let melt, then top with sauce and caramelized onions. 5: Take the ground beef and create 6 even sized balls. Place in a pan over high heat and smash down with a spatula until thin. Season with salt and pepper. 6: Cook on both sides until crispy, then add cheese and remove from heat. 7: To assemble the burger, add the sauce to the bottom of the bun, followed by the lettuce, tomatoes, and one hamburger patty. Then add the onions and your second patty. 8: Top with more sauce, serve with Animal Style Fries, and enjoy!View original recipe
