What you need

tbsp butter

tbsp parsley

cup parmesan cheese

lemon zest

tbsp lemon juice

tsp pepper

tbsp olive oil
cup chicken broth

tsp red pepper flake

Instructions
1: In a sauté pan over medium heat, add olive oil. 2: Mix in garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute. 3: Add lemon zest, lemon juice, and 3 cups chicken stock. Mix and bring to a simmer. 4: Add Classic Pastina, stirring occasionally for about 7 minutes until tender and covered by a thin layer of stock. 5: Add salt, pepper, and butter. Mix until butter has melted. 6: Turn heat to low and add parsley and Parmesan cheese. Turn off heat and mix. 7: Top with a drizzle of olive oil, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and fresh cracked pepper.
