What you need

tbsp ginger

tsp black pepper

can water chestnuts

cup thai basil

cup hoisin sauce

tbsp soy sauce

lb ground chicken

tbsp sesame oil

tbsp rice wine vinegar

cup onion

butter lettuce leaves
red chili pepper

clove garlic clove
Instructions
1: Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. 2: Add the ground chicken to the skillet, cook until lightly browned and season with salt and pepper. 3: Add chopped onion, minced garlic, red chili peppers, and minced ginger. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. 4: Then add rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, and hoisin sauce. Reduce the heat to medium low and simmer for 5 minutes. 5: Add the chopped water chestnuts to the skillet and simmer for an additional 4 minutes. 6: Add Thai basil and mix until wilted. 7: Add the mixture to lettuce leaves and enjoy!View original recipe
