Instructions
1: Mix all salad ingredients together until fully combined. 2: For guacamole, add all ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine. 3: For fried chicken, add chicken tenders to a bowl and cover with buttermilk, hot sauce, pickle juice, and salt. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. 4: In two different large shallow bowls, prepare the egg and flour batter. 5: Dip the chicken in the flour batter, then the egg batter, and then again in the flour batter. 6: Add vegetable oil to a pot and heat to 350°F. 7: Fry chicken until internal temperature reaches 165°F and outside is brown and crispy, about 6-8 minutes.View original recipe
