What you need

cup parsley

tbsp butter

cup red onion

cup celery

tbsp lemon juice

pepper

cup mayonnaise

tbsp fresh basil

tsp red pepper flake

lobster tail

bunch green onion

hot dog bun
Instructions
1: Add water about 2 inches high to a medium pan and bring to a boil. 2: Add a steamer insert to the pot so it is just above the water. 3: Add lobster tails to the steamer and cover the pan. Cook for 5-6 minutes until outside shells are bright red. 4: Alternatively, use a steam oven and cook for 6 minutes on steam mode. 5: In a bowl, add all ingredients and chopped lobster. Mix until fully incorporated. 6: Refrigerate or serve immediately. 7: Add 1 Tbsp butter to a pan over medium-high heat.
