A delicious meatball sub made with Hoggie or sourdough bread rolls, provolone cheese, and seasoned with garlic and parsley. The bread is toasted with a buttery mixture and topped with marinara sauce and meatballs, then finished with melted cheese.

cup parsley

bunch basil

oz butter

clove garlic
oz provolone

Instructions
1: Combine garlic, melted butter, and parsley in a small bowl and mix until combined. 2: Slather the inside pieces of bread with the mixture. 3: Place bread on a parchment lined baking sheet and broil on medium for about 4 minutes, checking to make sure it does not burn. 4: In a pan, add marinara sauce and meatballs. Simmer for about 5-8 minutes. 5: Add meatballs and sauce to the toasted bread. 6: Top with basil and provolone cheese. 7: Put sandwich in the oven on broil until cheese is melted. 8: Top with parsley and enjoy.View original recipe
