cup marsala wine

Instructions
1: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with hands. 2: Form a loaf and place on a greased sheet pan lined with parchment paper. 3: Cook on convection mode at 345°F for 40 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 170°F. 4: Before meatloaf is fully cooked, spread glaze over the top. 5: While meatloaf is cooking, add olive oil and mushrooms to a pan, sauté for 3-4 minutes. 6: Add garlic and shallots and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 7: Add Marsala wine, heavy cream, chicken stock, and thyme, and let simmer to reduce about 6-8 minutes or until sauce thickens. 8: Serve meatloaf with mashed potatoes, cover with sauce, and enjoy!View original recipe
