Instructions
1: Season the steak with garlic, pepper, and salt. Add fresh thyme on top and seal in a food saver bag. 2: Sous vide steak for 2 hours and 15 minutes at 143°, or cook steak to your desired doneness in a skillet. 3: In a skillet, sear the steak on each side and add garlic cloves, butter, and thyme, then baste your steak. 4: Boil potatoes until tender. In a small pot, simmer half and half and garlic cloves for 10-15 minutes. 5: Strain the water from the potatoes and mash or rice them. Add the cream mixture, butter, and salt and pepper to taste. 6: Toss shrimp in old bay seasoning. In a pan on medium heat, add olive oil, shallots, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Cook until fragrant, about 4 minutes. 7: Add white wine, butter, and lemon juice to the pan and let the mixture reduce for 3-4 minutes. 8: Add shrimp and parsley to the pan and cook until shrimp is pink. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 9: Toss broccoli in olive oil and add seasonings. Bake at 425° for 12-18 minutes or until edges are slightly browned. 10: Place potatoes down on the plate and add chives, steak, and shrimp, then top with leftover sauce from the shrimp pan and enjoy!View original recipe
