Instructions
1: Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 2: In three bowls, prepare the batters: 1st bowl with flour, 2nd bowl with beaten eggs, 3rd bowl with breadcrumbs, chopped herbs, and cheese. 3: Coat the chicken in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture, pressing breadcrumbs into the chicken. 4: Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and cook chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F. 5: Rinse and clean potatoes and cut them into quarters. 6: Boil potatoes in salted water until fork tender. 7: In a small pot, combine milk, cream, and smashed garlic. Simmer on low for about 15 minutes. 8: Drain potatoes, smash them and mix in butter. 9: Slowly add half the cream mixture to the potatoes and mix, then add the remaining cream and garlic from the pot. 10: Season with salt and pepper and enjoy.View original recipe
