tbsp butter

cup heavy cream
cup pasta water
tsp salt

pepper

bunch basil leaves

tbsp olive oil

tsp red pepper flake

oz cherry tomato

clove garlic clove
Instructions
1: Boil water in a saucepan, add salt, and cook pasta. 2: In a separate pan, add olive oil and cook sausage until edges are slightly browned. 3: Remove the sausage and in the same pan, add butter, garlic, shallots, and red pepper flakes. 4: Add tomatoes and let cook for about 3 minutes. 5: Add pasta water and let it come to a boil, then add heavy cream. 6: Season with salt and pepper to taste. 7: Put the sausage back in and add the pasta and basil. 8: Let the pasta cook for about 3 minutes, constantly stirring. 9: Serve with Parmigiano Reggiano and enjoy!View original recipe
