What you need
cup chicken broth

tbsp olive oil

lb ground sausage

cup heavy cream
tsp salt

pepper

box penne pasta

onion

cup parmesan cheese
tsp italian seasoning

cup spinach

tsp red pepper flake

clove garlic clove

sundried tomatoes
Instructions
1: Boil water in a large pot and cook pasta until al dente. 2: Cook sausage in a large pan. Remove sausage and set aside. 3: In the same pan add olive oil, garlic, and onion. Sauté until fragrant. 4: Add basil and red pepper flakes, sauté for 2 minutes. 5: Add heavy cream, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Mix on medium high heat until it starts to thicken. 6: Add the chopped spinach and chopped sun-dried tomatoes and let simmer until the spinach starts to wilt. 7: Season with salt and pepper to taste. 8: Add the sausage back to the pan and then the pasta. 9: Mix until well incorporated and enjoy!View original recipe
