cup pepperoni

tsp salt
oz dried oregano

cup mozzarella cheese

splash water
egg

cup flour

Instructions
1: Add flour, salt, and sugar to a food processor and process until combined. 2: Add 3/4 cup cold butter and pulse until butter is absorbed (about 10 to 12 one second pulses). 3: Add the remaining cold butter and pulse two or three times to combine. 4: Add the cold water until just moistened and pulse four or five times until the dough forms a ball. 5: Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and roll into a rectangle about 12 x 18 inches. 6: Fold the dough in half, then in half again, and then fold once more. 7: Wrap the dough in plastic and refrigerate for 1 - 2 hours. 8: Preheat oven to 400°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. 9: Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it out to 12x18 inches again and cut into even squares (about 15-18). 10: Add all filling ingredients to each square, fold the sides of the pastry dough over the filling, and brush with egg wash. 11: Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden. 12: Remove from the oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and enjoy!View original recipe
