tbsp butter

tbsp garlic powder

cup parmesan cheese

tbsp lemon juice

tbsp dried thyme

cup pine nut

Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 350°F. 2: Add all herbs, seasonings, and lemon juice to a medium bowl. Stir to combine. 3: Add chicken and coat with seasonings. Cover and let sit for 15 minutes to marinate. 4: Add olive oil to a frying pan over medium-high heat. Sear chicken on one side for 4–5 minutes. 5: Flip chicken, add butter, and baste for 2–3 minutes. Remove pan from heat and add to the preheated oven. 6: Bake chicken for 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. 7: Lightly toast pine nuts in a small frying pan over medium-low heat. 8: Add all pesto ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth.
