Instructions
1: Place all the ingredients in a bowl or mixer with a dough hook. 2: Mix the dough on low speed for 10 minutes. 3: Stop and cover the bowl with a dish towel and let stand for 12 minutes. 4: Remove the cover and knead on low speed for 10 minutes. 5: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and leave in the refrigerator for 2 days. 6: Preheat the oven to 450° and put your pizza stone in the oven. 7: Cut the dough into 2 equal pieces. 8: Dust your countertop with flour and roll the pizza dough until it is about ¼-inch thick. 9: Add your pizza sauce and toppings. 10: Slide the pizza onto the oven or the center of the baking stone. 11: Cook for about 12-15 minutes or until the pizza crust starts to brown.View original recipe
