What you need

tsp dry mustard

cup vegetable stock

cup heavy cream

tsp onion powder

pinch cayenne pepper

tbsp chili powder

cup beef broth

tsp black pepper

tbsp worcestershire sauce

tsp kosher salt

tbsp tomato paste

bunch cilantro

lb chuck roast

cup cheddar cheese

tsp smoked paprika

tsp garlic powder

tbsp flour

tbsp brown sugar

bunch scallion

oz green chile

jalapeno

cup pepperjack cheese

Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 325°F. 2: Mix together seasonings in a small bowl and reserve 1/4. 3: Cut beef into chunks and season all sides. 4: In a Dutch oven, add 1 Tbsp neutral oil and sear the beef on all sides. Remove and set aside. 5: In the same pot, add tomato paste and cook for about 2 minutes. 6: Add chopped onion, chicken broth, and BBQ sauce; mix. 7: Add remaining 1/4 seasonings and garlic cloves, then mix. 8: Add the beef back into the pot, cover, and place in the preheated oven for 3 hours and 30 minutes. 9: Remove beef and shred on a sheet pan. Broil for 2-3 minutes until slightly crispy. 10: On a plate or tray, add layers of tortilla chips and nacho cheese. 11: On the final layer, add shredded beef, scallions, cilantro, and jalapeño. 12: Drizzle with BBQ sauce and enjoy!View original recipe
