Delicious pumpkin spice stuffed French toast made with brioche bread and filled with a creamy mixture, served with a caramelized apple topping. Perfect for breakfast or a special brunch!

What you need

cup powdered sugar

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp lemon juice

tbsp brown sugar

cup heavy cream

cup white sugar

cup sour cream

oz cream cheese

egg yolk
Brioche Loaf

tsp fine sea salt

cup apple

tbsp pumpkin pie spice

organic eggs

cup full fat milk

Instructions
1: Cut brioche bread into 1 1/2 inch thick slices and create a large hole on the side using a skewer. 2: Peel and chop apples, then mix with lemon juice and remaining apple topping ingredients in a bowl. 3: In a pan, melt butter, add sugars, and cook for about 2 minutes until melted, then add apples and cook for 10-15 minutes until softened and pecans for an additional 5 minutes. 4: In a bowl, combine filling ingredients and mix until creamy. 5: In a separate bowl, combine batter ingredients and mix. 6: Fill a baking bag with filling and squeeze into holes of bread, careful not to overstuff. 7: Transfer French toast batter to a casserole dish and coat bread slices. 8: Cook toast in a pan with butter for 3-4 minutes on each side. 9: Remove toast and bake on a lined baking pan at 375°F for 10-15 minutes. 10: Serve with apple topping and syrup.View original recipe
