oz cooked rice

Instructions
1. Finely dice the onion and mince the garlic. 2. Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. 3. Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant. 4. Add the canned pineapple and frozen mixed vegetables, and stir-fry for a minute. 5. Add the pre-cooked rice to the pan, breaking up any clumps. 6. Pour the soy sauce over the rice and vegetables and mix well. 7. Push the rice mixture to one side of the pan, crack an egg into the empty space, and scramble it. 8.
