What you need

clove garlic

tsp ginger

tsp sesame oil

tbsp chili garlic sauce
lb lean ground beef

tsp corn starch

tbsp oyster sauce

tbsp hoisin sauce

tsp sriracha sauce

tbsp rice vinegar

cup carrot

tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

tsp salt & pepper

red bell pepper

cup chicken broth

instant ramen

red onion

cup light-brown sugar
Instructions
1: Chop all vegetables and set aside. 2: Mix all sauce ingredients and set aside. 3: Add 1 Tbsp of oil to a pan on medium heat and sauté onions for 3 minutes. 4: Add ginger and garlic, sauté for an additional minute. 5: Increase heat, add 1 Tbsp oil and then beef. Cook until beef is no longer pink. 6: Once beef is cooked, add peppers and carrots, and cook for 4-5 minutes. 7: Boil water in a pot and add noodles. Cook for 1 minute and 45 seconds. 8: Drain noodles and add them to the vegetable mixture. 9: Add sauce and mix until noodles are fully coated. 10: Taste and adjust seasoning. 11: Top with scallions, sesame seeds, and a soft boiled egg.View original recipe
