bay leaf

lb salmon

fl oz sriracha sauce

oz coconut milk

tbsp cajun seasoning

Instructions
1: Cut salmon into cubes and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. 2: Broil salmon on medium-high for 10-15 minutes. 3: In a bowl, combine mayo, sriracha, and sweet chili sauce until fully incorporated. 4: Rinse jasmine rice in water until it runs clear, then drain. 5: Add rice, coconut milk, water, and salt to a pot or large saucepan over medium-high heat. 6: Add bay leaf (optional) and 1 tablespoon of olive oil to prevent sticking. 7: Stir until most of the water is absorbed by the rice. 8: Cover and simmer on low for about 15-20 minutes.View original recipe
