Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 425°F. 2: Cut fingerling potatoes in half and season with salt and pepper. 3: Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on a sheet pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes until they start to become tender and start to brown. 4: While the potatoes cook, season the broccolini. 5: Season the salmon filets with salt and pepper. 6: Make the butter compound by combining minced garlic and lemon pepper seasoning with the butter. 7: Add the butter compound to each slice of salmon. 8: Remove the pan from the oven and push the potatoes to the sides of the pan. 9: Lay the salmon and broccolini in the middle of the pan and cook for 12 minutes. 10: Flip the broccolini halfway through to prevent burning. 11: Continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes until the salmon is flaky. 12: Enjoy!View original recipe
